My job as your hypnotherapist is simply to guide you to your subconscious, where positive changes can replace unwanted behaviors.

My Approach

I use a client-centered approach, getting to know each client and listening carefully to their experiences and objectives, which greatly influences the methods for achieving their desired results. Since becoming a certified consulting hypnotherapist affiliated with The National Guild of Hypnotists in 2011, I've helped many clients achieve their goals. Each person's path to resolution is unique and requires an individualized approach and timeframe.

Your First Visit - Free Consultation (15-30 minutes)

You have the opportunity to meet me, ask questions, become comfortable with the surroundings and the process, describe your objective and discuss cost. During the consultation, we will discuss your specific goals and I will provide you with a walkthrough of how a session is structured so you can decide if and when you're comfortable scheduling an appointment.

Your First Session (75-90 minutes)

We begin by briefly covering what was discussed during the consultation (objectives). You’ll then move through analysis ➝ induction ➝ deepening➝ relaxation➝ awakening. Then an assessment: How do you feel? Was there anything that made you uncomfortable? What did you like about the process?

Comfort and Safety

Comfort and relaxation are a crucial part of the process. We will make all reasonable accommodations to ensure your comfort and success. You are always welcome to have a guest present during your session if that makes you more comfortable. Remote sessions are also an available option - perfect for busy professionals who need flexibility.

Individual Sessions

  • Initial Consultation: Free (recommend in-person office visit)

  • 1st Session: $145.00 (75-90 minutes)

  • Additional sessions (scheduled within 4 weeks): $115.00 per session (75-90 minutes)

Payment & Policies

  • Payment Methods: Major credit cards, cash, bank transfer, checks

  • Insurance: Hypnotherapy is not covered by insurance

  • Cancellation Policy: Please be courteous and notify us of cancellations at least 24 hours in advance

  • Session Format: Most sessions are in person. Remote sessions can be scheduled on Google Meet or Teams - convenient for busy schedules. When scheduling a remote session, please be certain that you can be in an area free of interruption for the duration of the appointment.

Workshops

  • 3-5 people: $400.00 (2-3 hours)

  • 6-20 people: $950.00 (3 hours)

  • Traditional therapy typically seeks clinical diagnosis. We do not provide diagnosis. Client communicates a specific habit or behavior to be modified and we determine if that can be accomplished. We do not attempt to treat or diagnose any condition.

  • Yes. Online sessions can be successful if you have a peaceful environment that is conducive to total relaxation.
